Ten ranks. One expedition.
Hunter XP tracks your quest achievements. Spending Doubloons never lowers your XP or rank. The seven current quests offer up to 950 XP; higher ranks need future quests.

THE EXPEDITION CODE
Good discoveries.
Fair rewards.
Hunter XP advances your rank; Doubloons are a separate balance. Reward redemption is still being planned; no redemption value is promised.
Hunter XP & ranks
Each quest badge carries the XP shown on its card. Existing earned badges count once, without another Doubloon payout. There is no base XP for individual reads or reviews in this release. Removing a badge reverses its XP; re-earning it restores the same entitlement. Review reward reversals that need staff resolution remain pending until resolved. Ranks follow total XP, with no deposit or spending requirement. The first four ranks can be reached through joining and reading.
Reading the maps
Sign in, spend at least 60 active seconds reading a casino review, then use its reading completion button. Each distinct review earns 1 Research Note once, with a maximum of 5 per site-calendar day. Milestones at 5, 10 and 25 notes award 15, 40 and 150 Doubloons respectively. Reloading or revisiting a completed review adds no extra notes.
Sharing Field Notes
Only review casinos you have personally experienced. Positive and negative reviews qualify equally. A moderator must approve the original review before it counts. Each casino counts once and repeated text adds no progress. Milestones at 1, 5 and 10 approved reviews award 5, 50 and 125 Doubloons. Rewards can be reversed if a qualifying review is withdrawn or no longer meets the rules.
Joining & collecting
New registrations require email activation. Confirm your email, or receive explicit staff approval, to collect the Expedition Joined badge and 5 Doubloons once. Existing joining rewards remain in your collection. Badges are milestone awards; there is no separate Doubloon payout for every read or review.
